Abstract

Abstract research objective is to identify and analyze the effect of leadership on employee performance variables, to identify and analyze the effect of motivation on employee performance variables. To determine and analyze the effect of the variable labor discipline on employee performance. And to identify and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline work together on employee performance? To analyze the data, this study used linear regression test was to prove the direction of the influence of leadership, motivation and discipline work together on employee performance then used multiple linear regression equation method. Based on the F test, leadership, motivation and discipline jointly affect the performance of employees at PT. Sustainable ray Pekanbaru .. Based on the partial t test of leadership, motivation and discipline jointly affect the performance of employees at PT. Sustainable ray Pekanbaru. Based on the calculation of the value of coefficient of determination (R2) obtained a value of 0646. This suggests that the style of leadership, motivation and discipline contributed 64.60% to the performance of employees at PT. Sustainable ray Pekanbaru. The rest are other factors not examined in this study.
