Abstract

The development of business created an alternative practicum recruitment method for new employees in many companies. This method is known as out coursing which is mean give a half of job done by the other victory, from the job till to the workers. The problem is almost of the candidate workers considering that being an outcousing worker is not good decision to give satisfaction like being permanent worker at government policy and foundation. This research is aimed to know the effect of applying recruitment principal and election to the out coursing applicant behavior at P.T. shield on service (SOS) Indonesia, branch of Pekanbaru. The objective of the research at P.T. shield on service is to analyze the effect of recruitment and election to the out coursing applicant behavior. The population of this research is 128 people which from the registries waiting list applicants in 2010. The sampling technique of this research is slovin method which gains 56 respondents. The data analysis method applied is bifilar regression analysis. The result of this research showed that simulation recruitment and election has significant effect on applicant behavior. In a partial manner, recruitment and election also has positive significant effect to the applicant behavior where the election is the strongest factor which influences applicant behavior. The applicant behavior is 81, 1% which influenced by the variation in recruitment and election variable. The recommendation given is the management should fix the system of recruitment and election based on the juridical principal, transpiration, easy of and high accuracy in order to get a perfect applicant for the perfect position which is needed by the client.
