Abstract:
The research was conducted on employees at PT.Angkasa Pura II Branch of Sultan Syarif Kasim II Airport Pekanbaru. This study aims to analyze the influence of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the employees performance. This study used a sample of 74 people selected by simple random stratified method. The variable consisted of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence as independent variable and also employee performance as dependent variable . Methods of analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis method, partially and simultaneously analysis method (multiple liniar regression analysis with SPSS version 17.0). The result of this study concluded that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence influence significantly, either simultaneously or partially, on the employee performance. The emotional quotient has the strongest influence on the performance improvement. And the magnitude of the effect caused by three independent variables together on the dependent variable is 61,9%, while the remaining 38,1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
