Abstract

Research conducted at PT. Strong And Heroic Single of Plantation Kecamatan Lirik At Kab. Indragiri Hulu. Research conducted in April 2012 till December. This aim to to analysis Influence Of Compensation And Environment Work To Spirit Of Activity Employees At PT. Strong And Heroic Single of Plantation District Of Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. There are three variable in this research, namely one variable tied and two free variable. The variables is the Spirit Of Activity (Y), Compensation (X1) and Environment activity (X2). As for sampel in this research amount to counted 61 people, intake of sampel in relying on method of Slovin. While technique analysis data which is used in this research is to use quantitative method constructively peripheral of SPSS (Statistical Package Social Science of) version 17.0. Pursuant to result of analysis known that compensation (X1) and activity environment (X2) have an effect on signifikan to spirit of employees activity at PT. Strong And Heroic Single of Plantation District Of Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, while factor owning most dominant influence to spirit of employees activity at PT. Strong And Heroic Single of Plantation District Of Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu is influenced by compensation. Pursuant to result of research which is writer conduct, writer suggest to company side to be paying attention storey level giving of compensation and pay attention environment work employees, so that mount the spirit of employees activity at PT. Strong And Heroic Single of Plantation District Of Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu can mount.
