ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation, study habits, family environment and learning facilities either simultaneously or partially on the achievement of students of the economic study program teachers training and education faculty Riau University. The population of this research were students of economic studies program class of 2009, 2010 and 2011, amounting to 255 people. The sample in this research amounted to 69 people. The sampling method was done by using proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection is done by filling questionnaires and documentation of student learning outcomes. Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis. Data processing is performed with SPSS version 17.0. The results showed that there is a simultaneous significant influence between motivation, study habits, family environment and learning facilities for learning achievement. The magnitude of the effect is known of the value of coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,715 or 71,5%, while the remaining 28,5% is influenced by other factors not examined in of this research. Partially, motivation, study habits, family environment and learning facilities are also significantly influence learning achievement.
