PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM JAMINAN PERSALINAN (JAMPERSAL) DI KOTA PEKANBARU TAHUN 2011

Abstract

Abstract Labor insurance program that began on 2011, become one of government comittment to improve health service access for the civil society. By this program, it hoped the civil of society can get process of labor insurance program by midwife, and the next continue service in the hospital. By this labor insurance program, it also hoped that mother and baby death value since the process of labor insurance can be avoid. The purpose of this research is to know that the implementation of labor insurance and factors which influence the implementation of labor insurance program in Pekanbaru in 2011. This research was held in Pekanbaru, where key informan become organizer team of labor insurance in Pekanbaru throught Pekanbaru Health Department, head of community health center, staff of recommendation official hospital, and midwife who do the labor insurance program. The process of collecting data is getting from documentations and interview to informan research. After the collecting the data, then analyze by using qualitative descriptive. The result of this research, it found that there are some factors which influence the implementation of labor insurance in Pekanbaru. That factors are less of socialization about labor insurance, the limited support from health facilities institution, device and infrastructure which still in limit condition, and standard and purpose of labor insurance. Suggestion for implementation of labor insurance later must be improved, the socialitation must be continued give to society and the service must be completed wether from its institution ang health facilities which supportive too.
