Peran Komunikasi Horizontal dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pimpinan di Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Making an organization to survive and even devolop continually now a days is trough communication. One simple from communication in a big organization is horizontal communication. Horizontal communication can be appled between a leaders or members. Horizontal communication between leaders can make an organization to survive until now. This researeh used qualitative descriptive method. The source of date consisted primary date trough interview into several leaders in Pimpinan Daerah (PD) Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru. Besides, written documents was also used as the main date. Mean while secondary date was from both PD Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru and the writer herself using digital camera containing the general description , structures of the organization , the duties and functions of every leaders in PD Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru. The collections of date were observation , interview and docmentation. The date always always techingues used were date reduction components, date presentation and taking and testing the summary. Moreover, checking date validaty teechniques used was tringulation and pronged participation. Research finding revealed that horizontal communication of the snch an important role in increasing the performance of the leaders of PD Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru, this was proven by the development of the produets producted by PD Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru. The horizontal communication applied by the leaders of PD Muhammadiyah Kota Pekanbaru are contueting meeting every Thursday, leaders in carge, and meeting of the leaders. Out of the formal organization activities. Telephone media also plays in important role in supporting the horizontal communication of the leaders in PD Muhammadiyah Kote Pekanbaru because the lommited time every leaders prossessed.
