PARTISIPASI POLITIK MASYARAKAT PADA PEMILIHAN KEPALA DAERAH KAMPAR TAHUN 2011 ( STUDI KASUS DESA BANDUR PICAK KECAMATAN KOTO KAMPAR HULU-KABUPATEN KAMPAR)

Abstract

Abstract: This study would like to see the Village People's Political Participation Bandur picak In Kampar District Head Election 2011. Participation of villagers Bandur picak be an interesting object of study given the conditions Bandur picak villagers who live on the border between Riau and West Sumatra Province border between Kampar regency with Rokan Hulu. With the condition, of course, public access to the village Bandur picak be slow and tends to lag compared to other villages in the district of Hulu Koto Kampar. his study used a qualitative method and conducted in the Village District Bandur picak Koto Kampar Kampar regency Hulu. This study uses object informants as sources of information that aims to achieve mastery in getting information. The types of data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through direct observation and interviews with informants. Analysis of the data in this study using descriptive data analysis Based on the results of the study found the following: first, that the level of political participation in the form of village Bandur picak relatively high voting participation rate reached 84.2%. Second, the forms of political participation picak Bandur Village is a form of voting, following the activities of the campaign, discussing political issues and is affiliated with a political party The factors that encourage political participation Bandur village picak are environmental factors, the coercion and money politics factor. While the factors that hinder political participation is a factor picak Bandur village administration and environmental factors (work environment and housing). Therefore it is necessary to organize the administration, the political application of clean honest and dignified by the participants as well as increased awareness of the,political,community.
