Abstract
The number of burning the land and resulted in many obscure smoke and
illegal logging and illegal logging. The problem in this research is how to Study
Implementation Regulation of the Minister of Forestry of Republic of Indonesia
Number: P. 14/Menhut-II/2011 of Timber Utilization Permit (IPK) in Riau Forestry
Service and the factors that affect the implementation of the policy. As for the
purpose of this study was to determine the Study of the Implementation Regulation
of the Minister of Forestry of Republic of Indonesia Number: P. 14/Menhut-II/2011
of Timber Utilization Permit (IPK) in Riau Forestry Service and the factors that
affect the implementation of the policy.
The results of this study indicate that the Study Implementation Regulation of
the Minister of Forestry of Republic of Indonesia Number: P. 14/Menhut-II/2011 of
Timber Utilization Permit (IPK) in Riau Forestry Service not running optimally.
Factors affecting the implementation study of the Republic of Indonesia Minister of
Forestry Regulation Number: P. 14/Menhut-II/2011 of Timber Utilization Permit
(IPK) this is still a lack of outreach to the target group, the purpose of which is less
clear in the determination of land given permission, lack of public knowledge in the
use of forests for life, and the latter is limited in surveillance forest authorities.
