The methods used in this study was an experimental method and RAL one factor with stocking density 5 treatments. The baung fish used in this research with size 3-5 cm in length and 1,32 - 1,33 g in weight. Concentration addition of rubber seed flour from soybean meal given is 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100%. The addition of rubber seed flour and other ingredients for the manufacture of fish feed is formulated to obtain the protein content of 30%. This study was conducted for 56 days to determine daily growth rate, feed efficiency, and survival of fish.
The result is the replacement of the soybean meal with a rubber seed flour had its intended effect (P<0.05) in daily growth rate, feed efficiency, and retention of the protein but had no effect on fish survival (P> 0.05). The best result is to be found in the provision of 75% rubber seed flour yield 3.15% daily growth rate, feed efficiency of 34.09%, and 33.81% protein retention.
