Analisis Bentuk Partisipasi Masyarakat Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai Pada Pemungutan Suara Ulang Pemilihan Walikota Pekanbaru

Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is motivated by the form of community participation in implementing the Peace District Marpoyan up with the implementation of the election ballot Pekanbaru mayor re-election. Due to political decisions are made and implemented by the government concerning and affecting the lives of citizens eligible residents and to determine the content of political decisions. From the results of the vote there is a good response. Formulation of the problem in this research is "How Public Participation Sub Marpoyan Peace On Repeat Voting Pekanbaru mayor". This study aimed to Know Marpoyan District Public Participation Peace In Voting Re-Mayor Pekanbaru. Community participation is an important aspect of democracy. The population in this study is the whole society to participate actively or vote on a ballot re-election as mayor of the 74,797 people that the numbers taken by Morgan & krecjie many as 382 samples. While sampling technique using taknik rondom sampling by Suharsimi Arikunto ie if the subject under study is too much then the sample can be taken 20% of the total population is 76 people. Data were collected through observations, questionnaires, interviews, and engineering libraries. In analyzing the data using descriptive analysis kualitataif. The results of this study indicate that the District Public Participation In Peace Marpoyan Voting Re-Election Mayor with the percentage of respondents who answered yes by 61.6% and amounted to 38.40% answered No. This phenomenon is supported by Hadi Sutrisno opinion stating that 61.6% were in the range of 51% - 100%, this means that according to Hadi Sutrisno participation form with the category sub Marpoyan Peace participating voting. So the hypothesis that sub Marpoyan Public Participation Peace In Voting Re-Election Mayor of Pekanbaru Participate Vote and acceptable for Public Participation Sub Marpoyan Peace In Voting Re Pemihan Mayor Pekanbaru to the percentage of respondents (61.6%) = Yes.
