dc.description.abstract |
This article discusses closed Newton-Cotes rules with end corrections which are a
modi cation of the closed Newton-Cotes rules to approximate the de nite integral.
Numerical comparisons using two de nite integrals show that the closed Newton-
Cotes rules with end corrections are better than the closed Newton-Cotes rules in
terms of error produced by the rules. |
