Abstract:
Employee is a member of an organization that can determine an organization's success in
achieving its goals. Without the generous support of the employees of the organization will have
difficulty in achieving its goals. Employees can work well when there is a form of organizational
relationships and good communication between the companies represented by the management
and employees. One form of relationships in public relations that govern the relationship
between the company and its employees are Employee Relations aims to create a climate of
communication that can help company goals. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect
of Employee Relations Communication Satisfaction of employees at PT Agung Automall
Pekanbaru.
The method used in this research is quantitative research. Collecting using observations,
questionnaires, documentation. To determine the effect of employee relations employee
communication satisfaction on PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru, the author uses the Simple
Linear Regression Analysis. X variable in this study is the relationship of the employee and the Y
variable in this study is the communication satisfaction. The number of samples in this study
were 65 human using proportional sampling technique of sampling. Processing trials conducted
using questionnaires Statisyic Program Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 20
windows.
Results of this study showed the influence of employee relations employee communication
satisfaction on PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru. It is based on analysis of the data using the
Simple Linear Regression is Y = 17.592 + 0.607 X number constants (a) of 17.592 and employee
relations variable coefficient of 0.607 to 18.155 t, and 0.00 significance level less than 0.05.
Therefore Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Employee relations influence by 84% of the employee
communication satisfaction on PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru, the remaining 16% are caused
by other factors outside the study. Therefore there is a significant effect on satisfaction anatara
employee relations employee communications at PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru.
