dc.description.abstract The research was conducted at PT. Tiki Pekanbaru Branch located at Jl. No. General Rambutan. 12 City Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study to identify and analyze the influence of leadership styles and pengawsan partial and simultaneous on employee performance at PT. TIKI Pekanbaru Branch and to determine which factors are the most dominant influence on the performance of employees at PT. TIKI Pekanbaru Branch. To achieve these objectives the research conducted using a sample of 43 people, using the Census. Data analysis method using simultaneous test and partial test (multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Windows version 17). Based on the results obtained f count> f sigifikan table at the level of 5%. This indicates that there is a significant influence on the style of leadership and oversight of employee performance. Recommendations to authors propose is to further improve the performance of employees should the company so always pay attention to employees by implementing a leadership style that is siding with the employees and the company must often conduct surveillance to employees on the job. For example, the company provides reword or reward employees who excel so that employees work harder to achieve the targets set by the company. With the strict supervision the employee will be more active in carrying out the work and the application of leadership style and supervise the performance of employees is expected to be even better. This would provide a reciprocal relationship in which the company's attention to its employees as well as employees have to contribute the same, namely to carry out their duties and responsibilities well too en_US
