Abstract:
The research was conducted in the village of Mount Malelo District Koto Kampar Kampar regency Hulu particularly in PT padasa six Atama. in order to determine the level of remuneration given by the Main PT Padasa Six of the subsistence minimum / decent employees working in the field of processing, This research is done by descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to determine pakah accepted the wage labor in PT. padasa six major has been able to make ends meet while sampling with purposive sampling method using the formula Slovin.
From the research to know that the number of dependents of respondents workforce PT. Six Padasa Main is with no dependents or 0 as 7 people, or 12.73%, and that has one dependent person as much as 9 or 16.36 % and have 2 dependents as many as 20 people or 36.36%, and this is also borne by the most respondents. And which has as many as 12 people tangungan 3 or 21.82% and who have dependents 4-6 or 7 people or 12.73%.
Eating and drinking is a primary necessity in human life then, from the results of the study suggest that the level of wages that is given the average company has been able to make ends meet minimum / decent if linked with the need to eat and drink, clothing and clothing needs, needs facilities and housing and other needs have to be fulfilled. And also from the results of the study are also in the know only 32.73% of respondents have income outside of the Company such as opening a business that is open stalls, gardening, (rubber and palm oil) and also received stitches man / woman will surely add to their income. Wages received by respondents in six major padasa PT is above the provincial minimum wage.
