Abstract:
The achievement of a company in running its business is depending on the contribution of production factor used. Every production factor has its important role to achieve the goal. The goal of a company is if there manage the activities of a company. This research is done at PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II Kantor Cabang Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim. It is to analyze the effect of job environment and company’s culture influences to employees’ job productivities at PT. (persero) Angkasa pura II kantor cabang bandara sultan syarif kasim. The population samples of this research are 67 employees. . The method used is accidental sampling method,, analysis method used is regression linier analysis.
Company’s culture and job environment has an effect to the employees in job productivities (Y) at PT. (Persero) Angkasa Pura II SSK II, Pekanbaru. Seen from the higher t-arithmetic, so that environment job’s factor is more dominant to the job productivity. Company’s culture and job environment gave effects to the employees’ job productivity is about 62,9% at (Y) PT (persero) Angkasa Pura II Bandara SSK II Pekanbaru.
The recommendation given to the next management is do the socialization, discussion, and keep on communication to the employees on how applying company’s culture supposed to as an employee in order that he/she really understands to behave suit to the characteristic of organization. For unphysical job environment, start form the top level management to guide and give an example of good relation to employee.
