Abstract:
Research Bank of Mestika branch Pekanbaru as a mean to know influence
of job experience and education to employees labour capacity. Election of responder by
full census technique or sampling, so that the amount of research responder 36
employees people. variable which used in research to education, job experience and
labour capacity. To test hypothesis, method the utilized examination of doubled regresi.
Result of research indicate that job experience and education have an effect on signifikan
by simultan and parsial in improving employees labour capacity. Education variable and
job experience reside in [at] high category, while labour capacity variable assessed high
enough in this research. Result of research indicate that job experience variable give
dominant influence to employees labour capacity.
