Abstract

This paper aims to create a tool based on the loading conveyor arrangement milling machine that is expected to replace the conveyor operator job. Conveyor belt is a device that is running that serves to bring the load to the grinding machine. Conveyor speed is set for rolling machines can work efficiently and in accordance with their capabilities by means of a microcontroller-based control. This device detects the speed milling machine for the supply burden that goes into the grinding machine grinding machine that is not burden by putting a motion sensor converter of energy into electrical energy. Analog voltage is passed to the ADC0804 to get a digital signal, then the signal is processed by the microcontroller and transmitted to the conveyor motor to adjust the conveyor speed. From varisi voltage generated by the sensors generate a different speed on the conveyor motors include 15 VDC 1990 rpm, 12 rpm 72 VDC, 8 VDC 48 rpm, 5 VDC 37 rpm. The results obtained are: to grind the beans weighing 400 grams and is the time to grind for 3 minutes and the results are subtle, to 200 grams grind nuts 2 minutes time to grind fine results, for 75 grams of beans to grind it takes 1 minute and subtle results.
