Abstract
This study aims to find out How the implementation of government control illegal logging practices in the upstream sub Raft Indragiri Kulim Year 2008-2012, and what are the factors that hinder the implementation of government oversight in cases of illegal logging practices in the District Raft Kulim, Indragiri upstream. The method used in this study is a qualitative method to analyze the data is descriptive analysis.
Based on the authors conclude that the findings in the field of Government Control of Illegal Logging Practices in Kulim District Raft Year 2008-2012 by using the theory of supervisory Expectation Syafri the form (formulations execution of tasks), Allocation (allocation), Performance Monitoring (assessment measures) and Corection Action (action repair or correction). But in practice still less optimal due to several factors including inhibiting its Human Resources and educational background because less capable in performing their duties well understood, so that the employee works less optimally, as well as road access difficult to reach locations that make one pass into barriers to supervise the.
