Abstract
One of the phenomena of crime that occurs in today's society is so rampant
gangsterism practices or actions that occurred in District Keritang.
Implementation of law enforcement against violent crime in the Police Sector
thuggery Keritang District has done well, but not fully in accordance with the
expectations of society, which despite being in doing raids, but the act of thuggery
is still ongoing, because not all of the action can be eradicated with a maximum
thuggery .
Description
Pelaksanaan penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana kekerasan
premanisme di Polisi Sektor Kecamatan Keritang sudah dilakukan dengan
baik namun belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan harapan masyarakat, dimana
walaupun sudah di lakukan razia, tetapi tindakan premanisme masih terus
berjalan, sebab tidak semua yang melakukan aksi premanisme dapat
diberantas dengan maksimal.
