Abstract
Eradication of corruption seem less oriented to increase and supervision
professionalism of law enforcement officers. so, often in the process of prevention
and repression acts of corruption hindered by the behavior of law enforcement
officials who abuse their authority. As an example of the attitude of members of
Bareskrim Polri judged to be uncooperative and indicated hinder investigation
cases of corruption simulator SIM, so the process is hampered and hindered the
investigation.
Description
Melakukan perbuatan pidana (sifat melawan hukum). Di sini
diindikasi merintangi penyidikan tindak pidana korupsi yakni
melanggar pasal 21 Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2001 Tentang
Tindak Pidana Korupsi, dan melanggar perangkat peraturan yang
mengatur hubungan kewenangan kinerja dalam penyidikan tindak
pidana korupsi.
