Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find out leadership influences working against the spirit and motivation, agricultural service employee animal husbandry and fisheries siak district.
Population in this research is all employees at dept. of agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries district siak. The sample done by means of render the whole population of being respondent namely 58 people. Data from primary source of data and data skunder. The technique of collecting data in this research is through a questionnaire and an interview. A method of analysis used is a method of descriptive quantitative using linear regression worship of idols with the help of program spss version 19.
This research result indicates that variable leadership influential positive and significantly to working spirit dept. of agriculture, employees animal husbandry and fisheries district siak. Motivation influential significant and positive is variable are more dominant against working spirit dept. of agriculture, employees animal husbandry and fisheries district siak. Simultaneous test showed that variable leadership and motivation has influence significantly to working spirit dept. of agriculture, employees animal husbandry and fisheries district siak described of the value of r square worth 0,592. Variable leadership and variable motivation can only be explained variable working spirit of 59,2 % while the rest about 40.8 % explained by other variables that are not investigated in this research
