Abstract
Indonesia and Russia assumed diplomatic relations on February 3, 1950. Diplomatic relations of Indonesia-Russia at era of Soekarno very hand in glove. But, during the New Order Era (1966-1998), diplomatic relations of Indonesia-Rusia lost ground. The diplomatic relations progressively deteriorate with the happening of year espionage case 1982.
